Can I view physical samples of invitations, and how?
ABSOLUTELY! You have the option to order multiple samples of invitations through our website, and this cost can be refunded from your later order. However, if you cannot make a decision from our website, you may alternatively visit our showroom in Brunswick to view the physical samples of our invitations range.

How do I order invitation samples?
To order any of our samples, all you need to do is simply select whichever invitation design that you like and click 'Add Sample to Cart' on the product landing page. We always recommend that you order samples of our invitation designs so that you can completely appreciate the extraordinary quality of our paper and printing techniques and to guarantee that you are 100% satisfied with our different products before placing an order with us.

How long does the process take from when I place an order?
Once you have submitted an online order, our graphic designers will send you a digital proof within one-two business days of us receiving your payment. The time frame of your digital proofing process may differ, depending on the number of edits you request before approving the final artwork. After you have approved your final digital proof, the printing and hand assembly process will take between 5 to 8 business days. However, shipping has not been included within this suggested time frame. Standard shipping will then take a further 1-4 business days, express shipping options are also offered at an additional cost that varies according to your location.

How do I personalise my invitations when placing an order?
You may personalise your invitation by placing your order through our website. Through this process you will be given a 'Personalise Now' option. This will then guide you through our simple personalisation options. You will then have the option to input your wording, choose your favoured font combination and colour themes along with many other options. If you ever require any assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support centre via the online chat or the 'Contact Us' section on our website.

Do I get to see my invite layout before it is printed?
Absolutely, we refer to this as the digital proofing process, where our graphic designers will send you through digital proofs with your wording and information in the template of your chosen invitation/accessory design.

What can I customise on the invitations?
Depending on the invitation that you have chosen you are able to further customise various elements of the design. In the product listing of your chosen invitation you will be precisely informed on exactly what you are able to change. The customisation options do vary from product to product, as we use different print processes for different product ranges and designs. Listed below are the different elements that can be changed on ALL of our invitations: Customised layout and printed wording Font styles of your wording Font colour of your text Adding single colour images or symbols Language of the invitation wording In addition to the above options, the following elements can also be modified on some invitations: Background colour theme Printing the images in full colour Back Layer colour The elements than we are cannot alter are the colour of the ribbons, laser-cut patterns, foil stamped wording, design elements and devices such as embossing, crystal embellishments and pearl fitting positions.

Can you print in a foreign language, and how do I provide my wording?
You are able to use any language including foreign characters within your invitation. However, as we may not have any understanding of the content of your invitation it is best to be extremely clear about the layout of your desired wording and ensure that you have checked very carefully for any grammar and spelling mistakes. When you provide us the artwork in foreign language, please use industry standard software such as MS Word. You will also need to provide us with the source (MS Word) file, along with the font(s) that you have used in the document. If you would like some of your invitations in English and the rest in another language we will need to create two different artworks for your order, and therefore you will be charged accordingly at $20 extra per additional artwork.

Can you print guest names on the invitations?
We are able to print guest names on our invitations however this is only available on a selected range of invites due to their design process. To print guest names on our invitations we will need to change our printing method from thermographic (raised ink) to digital (flat) printing. An additional fee will also apply for the inclusion of guest names on our invitations. This fee will then cover our cost for creating multiple files for the proofing process.
